Room was confortable.

It's really clean and nice but you have to pay for breakfast, it's not included. The only thing I didn't like was that there were hardly any channels on the TV and Netflix wouldn't connect.

The location is near several restaurants that you can access through the parking lots instead of getting on the interstate to get back to the hotel. Booking has the correct map, so do NOT bother with navigation app when you get to Amarillo. Print it if you think you’ll have any doubts when you get to town. I requested a room near an exit so it would be easy to get my dogs out for walks and potty breaks, and they quickly replied they would be glad to accommodate. My room was near an exit, but on the second floor. No way was one of my greyhounds doing those stairs, so we walked to the elevator near the lobby every time. There is a big field across from the lobby for walking; lighting was adequate at night.

I thought that breakfast was included with the room, but was told I had to purchase it.

easily accessible, everything worked accordingly, staff was more than friendly and helpful! great with my kids, accommodated everything we needed!
